DOMUS COLLEGIUM HUNGARICUM
Located in a building within easy reach of Városliget and Hősök tér, the guest house was established in 1999 with the aim of providing high-quality and affordable accommodation for the winners of the Domus Hungarica and the Hungarian Cross-Border Scholarship Program.
The building is both an accommodation and a scientific workshop. On the ground floor there is a book collection, a study room and a shared computer on each floor to support the scientific work.
The reception is open every day from 06:00 to 24:00 and is on duty at night. Please note when arriving or leaving!
The building has 3 floors with 36 comfortably furnished rooms. In the courtyard of the Domus Collegium Hungaricum we provide car parking for our guests by reservation and for a fee.

- 24-hour secure luggage storage – For guests arriving and departing. Please indicate this at the reception.

- Check-in – 14:00 o' clock on arrival.
- Safety – The guest house’s communal areas and entrance are monitored by security cameras. Recordings are handled in accordance with legal requirements.
- Shoe Care – Shoe care product is available on request, please contact the reception.
- Wake-up service – A 24-hour wake-up service is available at reception.
- First-aid – There is a first aid kit at reception.
- Umbrella – Our guests can borrow an umbrella at the reception.
- High chair – We provide it in the breakfast room on request.
- Acceptable payments –Cash (HUF, EUR), bank card, credit card, SZÉP card.
- Smoking- Smoking is prohibited on the entire Domus Collegium Hungaricum premises, except in designated areas.
- Internet, WIFI – It is available to our guests free of charge in all rooms and public areas. Information required to access it posted at reception.
- Check-out – Until 10:00 o'clock on departure date
- Environmental Protection – Let's protect the environment together! Please use only as much energy and water as you need for your comfort.
- Traffic – Contact reception for traffic information.
- Visitors – Please let the reception know your intention to receive a visitor in advance. Only pre-announced guests can stay in this room.
- Elevator - There is a passenger lift in the Domus Collegium Hungaricum. Please do not use the lift in an emergency or in the event of a fire alarm!
- Washing – A service is available for a fee, please indicate this at the reception.
- Museums – Contact your receptionist.
- Printing service – A service is available for a fee, please indicate this at the reception.
- Complaints, remarks, problems – If you are still here, please contact the reception with your complaint and remarks so that we can remedy any problems as soon as possible.
- Money exchange – There is no currency exchange in the guest house. It is recommended to exchange money only at banks and at official exchange offices. Contact the reception with your question!
- Extra bed - Contact the reception staff at Domus Collegium Hungaricum.
- Events – You can inquire about programs and events at the reception and from the program recommendation forms displayed in the lobby.
- Reception desk – The reception is open from 0-24. The receptionists of Domus Collegium Hungaricum welcome our guests in Hungarian and English.
- Room Cleaning – Your room will be cleaned daily from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you require extra cleaning, please inform reception about the service charge.
- Taxi and minibus order – Taxi and minibus bookings are available at reception 24 hours a day.
- TV/Radio – In the rooms you will find the channel layout and the remote controls. The TV can also receive radio channels. Our staff is happy to provide technical assistance.
- Map and other informations– Maps and information materials are available at reception.
- Toiletries – In addition to in-room furnishings, a toothbrush, razor and paper handkerchief can be requested for a fee. Bathrobes and slippers are available on request.
- Room towels – Room towels are changed every three days. Please help us to operate the guest house in environment friendly! Only request more frequent replacements if absolutely necessary! Please contact the reception of Domus Collegium Hungaricum.
- Fire protection – Fire extinguishers and fire alarms have been installed in accordance with fire regulations. The escape routes on the door of the rooms indicate the escape routes to be followed in the event of a fire alarm.
- Sewing kit – A sewing kit is available at reception.
- Ironing board and iron – It can be requested free of charge at reception.
- Guest Book –You can enter your reviews and suggestions into the guest book at the reception.

From East Railway Station:
1 stop to Reiner Frederick Park by bus 5, 7, 110, 112 or 133E.
From West Railway Station:
Take tram 4 or 6 to Blaha Lujza tér, than with bus 5, 7 or 110 to Reiner Frigyes Park.
From South Railway Station:
Take the M2 metro to the Eastern Railway Station, then 1 stop to the Reiner Frigyes Park by bus 5, 7, 110, 112 or 133E.
