The restaurant can accommodate up to 65 people. It offers an excellent opportunity to organize family events (weddings, baptisms, graduation meals, banquets, anniversaries, birthdays) as well as business lunches, “white table” meetings, negotiations, conferences.
The conference room can accommodate up to 65 people. The room is equipped with sound and visual equipment (microphone, speakers, projection screen, flipchart, projector) and is ideal for holding conferences, symposia and further trainings.
The library room of the Matrahaza Academic Scholar Resort is available for conferences, symposiums and training courses for up to 18 people.
GASTRONOMY
In our cozy restaurant for 65 people, we await our guests with home-made flavors, local and international dishes, buffet breakfast in the morning, and main meals with a choice of menus.
There is a drink bar-café in the lounge on the ground floor.

GUEST GUIDE
- Reception: 08:00 - 18:00, no permanent reception, subject to guest arrival
- WIFI in public areas is strong, rooms are limited (yet).
- Rooms have a private bathroom and a TV with fridge.
- Matrahaza Academic Scholar Resort's room can accommodate extra beds,depending on room size.
- You can take your room on the day of arrival from 12:00 for lunch and from 14:00 for dinner.
- You need to leave the room by 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Of course, we can take your unique needsinto account, in which case feel free to contact the resort's staff!

On the M0 ring road towards Nyíregyháza, then on the M3 highway in the direction of Miskolc to exit number 70 (Gyöngyös – Nyugat), then on road 24 through Gyöngyös to Mátraháza.
From East Railway Station:
Take the M2 metro to the Puskás Ferenc Stadium stop. There is a direct bus from Stadionok railway station to Gyöngyös-Mátraháza several times a day. The average journey time is 1 hour 50 minutes, recommended landing in Mátraháza, Üdülők stop. The resort building is approx. It is 200 meters from the stop, next to Route 24.
From West Railway Station:
Via Lehel út towards the M0 / M3 / Nyíregyháza / Debrecen / Miskolc ramp, from there on the M3 highway in the direction of Miskolc to exit number 70 (Gyöngyös – Nyugat), then on the road 24 via Gyöngyös to Mátraháza.
From South Railway Station:
