The event room of Academic Hotel Matrafured can accommodate 60 people at the same time, and can be connected or separated.
The perfect venue for family events (weddings, christenings, graduation dinners, banquets, anniversaries, birthdays), working lunches, “white table” meetings, negotiations, conferences.

- ACCESSIBILITY The hotel is accessible—including all common areas—by self-propelled or assisted wheelchair, and one accessible room is available.
- ACCIDENT PREVENTION All guests are required to follow the fire and safety regulations. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas indicated by the signs. Smoking inside the building, including guest rooms, is strictly prohibited.
- ADAPTERS AND PHONE CHARGERS Adapters are available free of charge at the reception. After use, please return them to our receptionist.

From the Ferenc Liszt International Airport
On the M0 ring road towards Nyíregyháza, then on the M3 highway towards Miskolc to exit 70 (Gyöngyös – West), then on the 24 motorway through Gyöngyös towards Mátrafüred.
From Keleti train station by bus:
Take the M2 metro to the Puskás Ferenc Stadium stop. There are several daily direct connections from Stadionok station to Gyöngyös-Mátrafüred. The average journey time is 1 hour 50 minutes, with a recommended stop at Mátrafüred / Autobus-waiting hall. The resort building is approx. It is 200 meters from the stop, next to Route 24.
From Keleti railway station by train:
2022. Since December, you can also reach us by train directly from Keleti railway station to Gyöngyös railway station. In every single 30 minutes the Mátra InterRegio service departs, which is comfortable, clean and spacious. From here, walk to the Gyöngyös bus station (9 minutes, 600 m) and take one of the buses to Mátrafüred.
From West Railway Station:
Via Lehel road to the M0 / M3 / Nyíregyháza / Debrecen / Miskolc, from there on the M3 motorway towards Miskolc to exit number 70 (Gyöngyös – West), then via Gyöngyös on road 24 to Mátrafüred.
From South Railway Station:
